Getting Started with Us
To get started with your Virtual CFO Northern Virginia team, we require an initial consultation to assess your bookkeeping needs. Once we determine the right services for you, we’ll send a proposal, service agreement, and onboarding checklist.
Currently, we specialize in QuickBooks Online. If you are using another system and want to transition to QBO, we can assist with the migration.
Meetings & Availability
Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM ET. During this time, we are available via email and scheduled appointments.
Additional meetings outside our regular scope of work are billed at our consulting rate. This includes extra strategy sessions, financial reviews, or any work requiring in-depth analysis.
We ask that all communication be handled through email or scheduled calls. For urgent matters, we offer priority response options for an additional fee to all our valued clients.

We do not directly pay bills or collect payments from customers, but we can assist in setting up automated systems and tracking transactions in QuickBooks.
We typically complete bookkeeping updates by the 15th of the following month, provided all necessary documents are submitted on time.
Billing & Payments
Pricing depends on your specific business size and needs. We offer tailored custom packages based on transaction volume, service level, and financial complexity.
Our services are billed on a monthly retainer or project basis. Payment is due in advance, and we accept ACH transfers or credit card payments.
Due to the nature of our work, all payments are final. If you need to pause or adjust services, we require a 30-day notice.
